Welcome to the Horace Park District

On February 21, 1972 the City of Horace, North Dakota formed the Horace Park District with the passage of Ordinance No. 188.
Horace Park District manages several parks: Independence Park, Freed Park, Westwood, Arrowood, Willow Park, and Maple Grove.
Horace Park Board oversee the summer recreation program each summer for Horace area youth. Activities offered include T -ball, baseball, softball, volley ball, tennis, golf, play-town and music. It usually runs the months of June and July.

The Park Board meets:

  • 7:00 p.m. on the 4th Monday of every month
  • City Council chambers in City Hall, 215 Park Drive E, Horace, ND
