Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is responsible to provide development application recommendations to the City Council as well as evaluate all building permit applications for properties located in commercial and industrial zoning districts.  Recommendations are based on city zoning ordinance and the 2045 City of Horace Comprehensive Plan. 

The City of Horace Planning Commission meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 6pm at the City Hall; 215 Park Drive East, Horace, ND.
