Horace, North Dakota (March 18, 2020): The Horace City Hall will be closed to the public starting Monday, March 23, 2020 amid COVID-19 virus health and safety precautions. Essential staff and Public Works will be available to meet the City’s needs for services and for necessary meetings with City staff, it will be by appointment only by calling City Hall at 701-492-2972. If needing to pay City utility bills you can do so over the phone or by dropping off payment at the drop box at City Hall or Casey’s gas station.
Building inspections will be suspended for the City of Horace until April 1, 2020 or until further notice. During this suspension certificate of occupancy inspections will be by appointment only and will need a minimum notice for scheduling of 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be made by calling City Hall at 701-492-2972 or by E-mailing email@example.com.
