A public hearing will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at Horace Fire Hall & Event Center, 413 Main Street, Horace, ND, to consider an application submitted for 856 Harvest Circle in Horace, requesting a variance for the rear yard setback in an R-3 (Medium Density Residential) District. Notice of all public hearings shall be published at least once each week for two successive weeks, with the first of such notices being published at least fifteen days prior to the hearing, in the official newspaper of the county and in the official newspaper of the municipality in relation to which the zoning action is taken.
The notice of hearing shall:
1) indicate the time and place of the scheduled public hearing
2) describe the property by street address, legal description, or map
3) describe the nature, scope, and purpose of the proposal
4) indicate the location and source of additional information on the proposal
