MECHANICAL PERMITS (Coming Soon)

This type of inspection oversees installation and upkeep of all kinds of electrical and mechanical systems, such as furnaces, boilers, HVAC or air conditioning systems, and elevators in residential and commercial buildings. These systems are inspected to ensure they are functioning properly and do not violate any building or safety codes.

While we have plans to include mechanical inspections in the near future, the City of Horace does not provide mechanical inspections at this time.
