The following presentation is being provided as a virtual public input meeting for the proposed water system improvement project in Horace. The project has been identified as Water Improvement District No. 2020-6 and, in cooperation with the ND Department of Environmental Quality through its Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program, is DWSRF Project No. 0900488-16-01.

The intent of this presentation is to provide an overview of the proposed City of Horace project and elicit any comments or concerns that the public might have regarding the project.

The video breaks down the locations being worked on, the items being improved, existing conditions, project objectives, estimated cost, funding options and timeline, with accompanying slides and detailed narration from Eric Larson of Interstate Engineering.
