Pay My Bill - Payment Methods
UTILITY Bills are due on the 25th of each month
The City of Horace provides Water and Sewer treatment services to residents. Residents in Horace Proper receive water through the City of Horace. Those outside of Horace Proper receive water service from Cass Rural Water and are billed directly from Cass Rural Water. To view a map of water service areas, click here.
If the residence receives water from the City of Horace, the city utility bill will include the monthly cost of service for Water, Sewer, and Trash / Recycling, Forestry, Vector Control and Water Tower / Lagoon Surcharges.
All residential water, sewer, and garbage / recycling monthly rate restructures are reviewed by Horace City Council annually.

We are pleased to announce that you can now create an online account for your utility bills. Once signed in, you can access your past statements, see your payment history, make online payments via credit card, and manage future payment dates.

REMINDER: If you would like your payment to be recurring, please be sure that you have selected that option.
A minimum of $2.00 per transaction will be charged up to $58.00 and 3.95% for amounts above $58.00. The fee for a one-time ACH payment is $2.50.
Paying by phone is ideal for one-time ACH / Debit / Credit Card purchases.
