The goal of our growing city is to become more beautiful with age, which is why we are implementing the Boulevard Tree Program. For the first time, property owners can apply for trees to be planted through the City of Horace. For those with homes built prior to 2023, an application is now available through our website (see below). For owners with homes being built in 2023 and in the future, the number of trees will be determined at the time of the building permit.
The Boulevard Tree Program will ensure that our ever-expanding footprint will be green, and we hope that you, our homeowner, will take advantage of this opportunity. Your participation will contribute to your city growing old gracefully.
