Get notifications from the City of Horace including citywide alerts, new newsletters, and more.

Many residents are not yet signed up for our messaging service, but this is the most convenient way to stay up-to-date, especially during our transition to Cass Rural Water. When you sign up for e-Notifications, important alerts will be sent straight to your phone and email. We understand that not everyone uses social media, nor do they spend much time perusing the City’s website; what most people do have readily on hand, however, is a cell phone, making this the most easy way to received firsthand information about what is going on in our town.

To sign up, all you have to do is visit cityofhorace.com and click on e-Notifications to enter your information and choose which alerts you want to receive. It’s as simple as that!
