Horace City Council recently approved the new Zoning Map and Land Use Ordinance during the April 2nd, 2024 City Council Meeting. Both will be made available soon.

The Community Development Department is responsible for a full range of land use and neighborhood services in the City of Horace. The department staff works with citizens, consultants, and partner agencies to manage their large portfolio, which includes:
