Cass Clay Community Land Trust (CLT)
The Cass Clay Community Land Trust (CLT), an FM Area Foundation organization, is a nonprofit and community-based land trust that was created to provide affordable homes in the community.

Cass Clay Food Commission (CCFC)
The Cass Clay Food Commission ensures those who live in the Fargo-Moorhead area have access to healthy and safe food. Meetings are held on a bi-monthly basis in the City Commission Room at 225 4th St N, Fargo ND.

Fargo Cass Public Health (FCPH)
Fargo Cass Public Health provides a wide range of services to those in need of healthcare with a clinic located at 1240 25th St S, Fargo ND.

Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (MetroCOG)
The FM MetroCOG for the Fargo-Moorhead area develops transportation plans through evaluating data and public input.

Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber
The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber promotes our area by advocating for businesses, policies, jobs and organizations.

Horace Lions Club

Lake Agassiz Regional Library
The Lake Agassiz Regional Library is a consolidated public library system serves residents in seven area counties including Clay, providing book delivery, test proctoring, tax information, research assistance, shredding services and wireless printing.

Metro Flood Diversion Authority
The Metro Flood Diversion Authority oversees the FM Area Diversion Project, which is designed to prevent catastrophic flooding in our area.
