The City of Horace provides water and sewer treatment services to residents. Residents in Horace Proper receive water through the City of Horace. Those outside of Horace Proper receive water service from Cass Rural Water and are billed directly from Cass Rural Water. Please click here to view a map of the Horace water service area.
