Are you ready to feel more connected than ever to your community?

Our city now has an app where not only can you receive important notifications regarding street closures and water outages, but where you can also post jobs, list items for sale, announce your rummage sales, share your fundraisers, and even stream school events.

Residents and business owners alike often ask, “Is there a place to post information about my event?” 

Well now there is.

Powered by Living Local, a division of Bismarck-based KAT & Company, our new app will be another way to receive important alerts. 


Here's how to do it:

STEP 1
Go to your device’s app store, search for “horace nd,” and look for the yellow H logo.

Once you have installed the app, simply turn on the notifications in your phone’s settings to ensure that you will receive the latest updates.

This app serves as an information-only source for residents, eliminating all the chatter and leaving you with just the updates. It’s all about Horace, so there’s no scrolling through all the other noise associated with other apps.

Submitting your info is easy
Submit your job posting, item for sale, rummage sale, and fundraiser information by quickly filling out a form and hitting submit. Once your information has been approved (meaning that there is no offensive material), it will be available for all to see!

A list of every business in Horace is included on the app, with the ability to call the business where available. Simply tap “Call” and you’re golden!
